Join us for an exclusive 4-day immersion into the visionary world of Ylenia Roma. This masterclass is designed for artists and mosaicists who wish to evolve their technical skills by integrating unconventional materials and contemporary storytelling into their work.
The Workshop Experience
Under Ylenia’s expert guidance, participants will explore her signature technique of “Sustainable Portraits.” You will learn to look beyond the surface of discarded objects, finding new life in:
- Recycled Ceramics: Broken plates, cups, and porcelain.
- Natural Elements: Seashells and stones.
- Metallic Scraps: Found objects and industrial fragments.
- Everything and more: every type of material to recycle
The course focuses on the Direct Method, teaching you how to balance different textures, volumes, and reflections to create expressive faces, vibrant animal figures, or complex abstract compositions.
